Problem with Mercatox exchange

Hello,

I just thought I'd let people know that there are problems withdrawing from Mercatox.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my withdrawal but on the Mercatox site it still says 'processing' . I have contacted support and sent a message through Facebook but have had no reply.

I have since read Mercatox reviews and some people are reporting similar problems:

I'll post again if my transaction goes through or if it doesn't.
