steemit problem

i face trouble in steemit,i request steemit for account approve,after 1 week i did not get any response then i try again and after 10 hours i get this account approved.i have invited many of my friends to join this site but they are facing problem like me.and sometimes when i give vote or comment anyone its take too much time,sometimes it not take vote or comment.now what i can do for solve this problem?
