Glattauer: In einem Zug (2025)

Diese recht kurze Buch über ein Gespräch zwischen einem Autor und einer Therapeutin während einer Zugfahrt von Österreich nach München ist schnell gelesen. Das liegt an den nur etwas 200 Seiten und dem flüssigen Schreibstil. Die Story an sich hat mir so mittelmäßig gefallen, das Ganze war zwar durchaus kreativ aber etwas zu konstruiert und „gewollt“.

This fairly short book, which recounts a conversation between an author and a therapist during a train ride from Austria to Munich, is a quick read. That’s because it’s only about 200 pages long and written in a fluid style. I found the story itself to be just so-so; while the whole thing was certainly creative, it felt a bit too contrived and “forced.”
