Who is the vatnik?
What or who is a vatnik? This is an Internet meme that characterizes a certain layer of Russians who are influenced by Russian TV propaganda. Vatnik - this is Quilted jacket. These people honestly believe president Putin, they consider him irreplaceable President. Vatniks blames America, Trump and Obama in many troubles and problems of Russia.
Vatniks do not like to discuss domestic policy and the situation in the Russia, it is much easier for them to discuss "rotting Europe" or Ukraine.
It is a meme with a long history, but now in Russia and some CIS countries it is used only when discussing politics.
Translation and the meaning of the text in the second picture: Vatnik sits in a pile of shit and is glad that in the West the crisis, but we (in Russia) have stability!
