*UPDATE: This experiment was done in 4/15/2016 YouTube seems to have removed a significant portion of the test views over time. YouTube has decided some of them were either bot views, or views that were artificially inflated.
Speculation: My best guess to why YouTube removed some of the views was— the lack of inorganic growth. YouTube monitors the "how often" a video is viewed in relation to "how much" a video is viewed.
