Discover TURON

Turon - is a fried ripe banana wrapped in a spring roll wrapper. You can put ripe jackfruit inside before frying or a brown sugar will do.

It is very easy to prepare. Peel a ripe banana. Divide it into two, lenghtwise. Wrap it with lumpia (springroll wrapper). Then fry it in a low fire.
