Dress Code: Is this an issue for rape cases?
A daughter of a Philippine Senator and a veteran singer and actress said in her tweet a few days ago and I quote, *"Stop teaching girls how to dress? Teach people not to rape." I presume that the term people is referred to men.
I agree that men should be thought not to rape girls but I disagree to stop teaching ladies to dress properly. Even the Bible is teaching both men and women how to dress well.
Also a current lady Senator has the same opinion with the young lady regarding how women should wear clothes.
