Pinoy Kakanin - Biko

Biko is one of the famous kakanin in the Philippines. Its main ingredients are glutinous rice, coconut milk and brown sugar. There are various ways on how to prepare it. One way is to cook the glutinous rice in coconut milk as if you are cooking an ordinary rice.
