Feature request: Floating edit bar in Story Submit
For those of us using the editor, it's a pain to scroll all the way up to the top of the post to get back to the Font Sizing, Hyperlink, Image etc. tools. WordPress does this, can we have it too?

Hello, I believe ysteem blog might be having internet browser compatibility problems. Whenever I look at your steem profile in Safari, it looks fine however when opening in IE, its got some overlapping issues. I just wanted to provide you with a quick heads up! i share your frustrations and pain @bradvanceauthor. especially when you have a lengthy post! a floating edit bar is a perfect idea. i hope this post gets the attention of #steemit developers.
