Memories of yesterday

Human beings have always said that we must live in the present
But is this true?

Well, I really do not believe it because all humans live in the past or in the future.

We do this to escape the reality that we do not face. We consider ourselves in the future as a way to expect something better for ourselves, and the past to remember the good times we already live.
