let me introduce myself

Hello everyone, I am so excited to be here. My name is Brenda and I am from Nigeria but currently residing in Manitoba, Canada. I hold a BSc. in Psychology and Biological Science from the University of Manitoba.

I am an enabler of visions and currently the Chief Inspiration Officer of my start-up mental health social venture called Ephphatha Transformation Academy, ready to motivate and support people in reaching their goals, being self-confident throughout their healing and recovery journey, and fulfilling their raison d'être.

I am Self-esteem and Confidence expert; Human interactions and personal growth enthusiast who uses psychophonetic counseling to help clients. I am a Mental Health Educator. As a young vibrant woman, I am always READY to support anyone in REACHING, RAISING and REVIVING their core being. I am a team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building productive relationships and building rapport with a diverse set of individuals. I also love travelling, mentoring young girls and boys, reading books and carrying out research on mental health, psychosophy and spirituality, gender studies, positive psychology, gerontology, etc. I am getting ready for my graduate studies in Neuropsychology and Neurobiotics.
