ICO SEC regulation

I setup securities and maintain the security master file for an Asset manager. Boring! But i saw this as extremely positive, the SEC want to help protect people... Almost every ICO has refused US citizens though. Its the secondary mkt place on exchanges thats the issue. What will happen will they make it, break it or run for the border. I dont know but im extremely bullish on the ICO Mothership exchange for its partnership with Estonia and their E residence! Ya now all of a sudden u have an EU digital idenity and business.
