Stop comparing & start taking action

Saw this today. It’s a good reminder that what you see on social media & media, is only a tiny part of the picture. Those are real people with their own problems that just aren’t in frame. So, it’s time to stop throwing pity parties, & start taking steps forward!

What we see on social media, is like watching a movie, but only watching the highlights. If you do that, you’re not seeing the conflict, the sadness, or the frustrations. All you are seeing are the highlights that are fond memories.

Keep that in mind when scrolling through social media. Each person has their own unique set of problems, but also their own unique set of talents and skills. Focus on your talent & skills to get you to the life that you want!
