The serious Susquehanna

To bring in the new year us north easterners had a bit of a scare. There was ice jams up and down our river,which had led to massive flooding. Some people were lucky and some not so lucky .. the lucky ones were able to go in the streets and get frozen fish . Others that werent so lucky haf there cars totally sumbmerged . Never underestimate "the serious Susquehanna "
