Bug found in phonograph (Unable to play downloadable song from chrome)

Expected behavior

I expected that when i download any song from google chrome then it will be able to play that song on phonograph music player.

Actual behavior

When i try to open that downloadable song with phonograph music player then the phonograph music player open but does not play that song.

How to reproduce

1. Download google chrome & phonograph through playstore and install the applications
2. Download a song on chrome brower
3. Now try to open the downloaded song
4. Click on dots and select the option "open with"
5. Now Select phonograph music player

• Operating system: Android version 7.0

• Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.109
• Phonograph Version : 0.16.7
