Plants Kale
Hello steemians ... !!!
This time I want to share a photo kangkung.

Kale (Ipomoea aquatica Forsk.) Is a plant that belongs to vegetables and is grown for food. Kale is sold in many markets. Kangkung is widely available in Asia and is a plant that can be found almost everywhere, especially in watery areas.

Popular kale dishes are ca kangkung spice tauco or terasi.juga in wewarungan there pelecing kale (lombok).
Usefulness of Kale

Almost all young plants can be eaten. Due to rough old rough kangkung, young shoots are more popular. It can be eaten raw or cooked like spinach. Kale is often also fried as cah. Plecing kangkung is a famous menu of Lombok area.
