Blood Pressure
When performing a medical examination to a doctor or medical officer usually the main thing that is done is to measure blood pressure or tension. When blood pressure is not normal then the patient will feel dizzy or headache both when low blood pressure or high blood pressure.
But the blood pressure in each person is different level of normality. There are 110 per 90 is considered normal but when age is getting older then the normal pressure turns to 130 per 90 because some people think normal blood pressure is appropriate habit and age.
Most people get confused how many normal blood limits are not harmful to health? Some say the older the normal blood pressure is higher but some say normal blood pressure when adult or above 20 to old age is the same.
To eliminate the confusion of ordinary people I will share information of normal blood pressure safe for the body.
