Hardcore Running

My day today was busy again. However, I actually got some productive things done. I finished homework, and prepared for things that I need to do tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow, I'm going to have even more to do than today. I might not even have much time to run. In that fact, I ran fast today.
I only ran 1 mile, but I ran it in 7:30. It was fast, it was tiring, and I don't think I had enough water.
