An Escape From work

Kenny wants to travel tomorrow but she has a problem. Her boss just got back from Dubai and the probability of our boss coming to work is 35% meaning there is 0.35 chance of him being around. There is 75% chance of her travelling if her boss is not around. What is the probability that kenny wont travel if her boss is around. I have to save kenny( she is my girlfriend..LOL) because her destination is my houseouse!!!...
