Banana muffins

A wonderful uncomplicated recipe for muffins, very much for children
and adults. In my opinion, it is also suitable for the Easter table.

2 bananas
100 g of butter or margarine
150 g of sugar (3/4 cup)
2 tsp. baking powder or 1 tsp. slaked soda
2 eggs
250 g flour (2 cups)

Clean bananas. Pulp with a fork or blender until smooth.
Mild oil to grind with sugar.

Add the eggs, mix.

Add the banana puree, mix well.

Add the flour and baking powder, mix. You should get a short dough.

Put the dough into small molds, filling them with 2/3.

Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
