Welcome to Steemit! Everything you said is very very true and is incredible advice for people who aren't using it already.
As we know everything in this world starts in the mind, with the thoughts we think. Then we need the courage to take action, but one action alone won't make us successful.
We have to keep repeating the action and doing it every single day, even if it's just a small one. Small things add up overtime, we just have to make them into a daily habit as you said. :)
