Lettering: #1

Hey all,

I've been interested in lettering and illustration for a while, but only just tried my hand at lettering my favourite quote.

It's from the poem, "The Summer Day," by Mary Oliver:

"Tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?"

For me, the poem itself is a reminder to hold onto that child-like curiosity and sense of wonder with the world.

This is my very first attempt at lettering ever, and it's far from perfect, but I learned so much about the process and had so much fun doing it.

Any letterers out there?
