Technical problems with DTube: Please advise

Hi everyone,

I've been recently having a really difficult time uploading a video to DTube. The video is in an mp4 well under 1gb in size. After allowing the file to fully upload, entering a list of tags, and entering all of the video info and tags, I receive this error message.

I've tried uploading this file from two seperate places, and each time I recieve the same error message.
Does anyone happen to know what the problem is? I would appreciate any information you can provide.
