Vlog 2 Sleep paralysis / Self care
Hey Guys
Recently I have been experiencing sleep paralysis, I never knew this was a condition when you overworked yourself.
Check out my video I speak on what I experience and what I did to help myself from experiencing this again.
Always remember to take care of yourself even if its one hour a day take it to yourself mediate, rest or workout.
