Hello everyone I'm Bartu

http://i64.tinypic.com/dceo46.jpg   I was born in 1992 in Izmir one of the biggest cities in Turkey. My interest in music first started when I was 6; I saw a drum at an animation stage in a hotel and I thought I could play that easily. My mom was the first to notice my talent and bought me a drum. Then I quickly started playing the drums like a professional music artist. After one year of playing the drums, my family insisted me to take piano lessons. During my piano lessons my music teacher told me that I had a very rare talent for music. I remember playing the piano even though I did not know how to read musical notes at all. When I was 9, I asked my parent to buy me a guitar, I was fortunate enough to have parents who supported me along the way. After that I thought myself how to play the guitar. However, something was missing, I wasn’t really satisfied by only playing the piano or the guitar, I wanted to compose music but wasn’t lucky enough to have people around me with the same interest or the talent for music. During those times I was swept away with electronic music, and I thought “Why not electronic music?” . So I started using the Ableton software, attended Ableton courses to speed up the process. After a while I started to produce my own music and played at some small gigs. My friends really supported me and encouraged me to spread out my music, so with their encouragement and support behind me, I started broadcasting my music and I think this is the platform where I want to take the next step towards a professional music career.
