Newbie Introduction

Hello Steemers

I am Caja. I have been working for over 15 years and my colleagues/friends/family and I have come across good and bad bosses.

I would like to share the experiences that we have here to help folks who face similar bad situations get some perspective as well as to share the good leadership styles that we have come across. Why I am passionate about this is because I got so depressed recently due to bad management skills that I was contemplating cutting myself. I was so surprised that a very strong person can be reduced to this. Hence, I intend to write on leadership skills to share and I hope to inject a brand of humor into my pieces to keep it light-hearted. After all, life is a stage isn't? So do chill out and eat drink and be merry.

This comes to another side of me –good food! If you are keen to know the good food in Singapore, Hanoi, Macau and Hongkong which I have tried the past 3 months, I will blog on this too. Hope to get your feedback on what I should do here and I will provide blogs in my voice.
