Is It True That Age Does Not Determine Knowledge?

People love to go to elders for advice and not experience, is it true that all elders are wise? are they all wise or do some just have experience to share but not wisdom.

Is it true that some people just old, and that does not determine that they have wisdom? I have a man who does not say anything that can be useful for someone, he is either talking about his numerous ex-girlfriends he had when he was young or he is with his bottle.

What does this man have to tell people that has wisdom? this man only has experience and that's all.
