Estos Sofisticados dispositivos que muchos vemos volando por la ciudad se han popularizado muchísimo en estos tiempos. Se pueden definir como "dispositivos con capacidad para volar y que no están tripulados (controlados remotamente).
En un principio su diseño con cámaras, GPS y sensores se desarrollaron para militares, como espías o para maniobras en guerras.
Su Costo 60 veces más bajo que un helicóptero lo hace muy factible y útil para:

Monitoreo de cultivos en Agricultura
Monitoreo de Incendios Forestales
Gravación de Conciertos u otros eventos
Emergencias y Desastres
Vigilancia en Genereal
Compañias como Amazon lo estudian para la entrega de paquetes en tiempo recort.
