Cream cheese with chives

Ingredients

For a pot:

400g plain unsweetened soy yogurt
A handful of fresh chives
A few drops of organic lemon juice
1 tablespoon malted yeast
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 pinch of salt
Grilled pepper 

Preparation

The day before, place the soy yogurt in a cheesecloth, a thin cloth or gauze.
Put on top of a bowl or a tall container.
Place in the fridge, the yogurt will drain all night.
If you can, empty the container frequently to prevent the yoghurt soaking in to facilitate drainage.

The same day get the drained yogurt, now creamy.
Place in a bowl and add lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Chop the chives finely and add. Mix.
Taste and rectify seasoning if needed, especially salt, garlic and pepper.
The cream cheese is ready to be served!
