What is energy

We feel the energy around you. For example, daily activities, like waking up in the morning, and then work. You can charge for breakfast and consumption. We are very close to the energy

“In physics, potential energy is energy possessed by a body by virtue of its position relative to others, stresses within itself, electric charge, and other factors.”

In that sense the beginning of the universe can be described as an expansion of spatial dimension, dark energy, a pressure.

The “conversion” of pressure into momentum with different directions is possible if space is quantized. In my oppinion. Maybe this happened in the first moments of the big bang theory where is believed there was an extremely high temperature or random vibrations in the vacuum itself before any particles or other forces came into being. it is not a substance is nothing mysterious, it is simply a number, a quantity.
