Isn´t it dangerous? What about a high tide and the dams are overswept?
I think it is inside the dam-system; I'd rather be worried about the industrial chimneys in the background....

I know it is inside, but in case of a natural disaster, those dams can crack. Unlikely but not impossible (like a Fukushima event).
It is definately not the savest place to live, maybe that's why the escape-camper is waiting right next to it ;)
