Link to post with previously deleted topic doesn't work

This is bug report for @Steemit. When you create a post with some topic, its permanent link is generated based on that topic. When you delete the post and create a new post with same topic, then the direct link doesn't work.
As an example, you can see my previous post:
https://steemit.com/simple-human-smile (link doesn't work)

There is a direct link to the post: https://steemit.com/life/@caracrist/simple-human-smile but the link in my blog is different.
