Hello my dear hive community, today I want to share with you some homemade Pepitos that I made with my family

I love cooking but doing it as a family makes it more special, between cooking, dancing, kingdoms and talking, time is more enjoyable ...

Para su preparación tenemos que tener:

For its preparation we have to have:

• Pan (canilla, sobado, campesino) el de tu preferencia.
• Salsas (tomate, mayonesa, mostaza)
• Cebolla caramelizada
• Lechuga
• Tomate
• Pollo/Carne

Bread (tap, sobado, peasant) the one of your preference.
Sauces (tomato, mayonnaise, mustard)
Caramelized onion
Lettuce
Tomato
Chicken meat

Lo primero que vamos hacer es picar el pollo y la carne, procedemos aderezar con orégano, sal y ajo.

The first thing we are going to do is chop the chicken and the meat, we proceed to season with oregano, salt and garlic.

Una vez ya aderezado lo ponemos a cocinar, a su vez picamos cebolla/pimentón y se le agrega, movemos para integrar, dejamos cocinar un poco y listo.

Once seasoned we put it to cook, in turn we chop onion / paprika and add it, move to integrate, let it cook a little and that's it.

Por otra parte vamos a tener picado cebolla para hacerlas acarameladas, en una ollita o un sartén ponemos un poquito de aceite, agregamos la cebolla, movemos un poco y agregamos azúcar, seguimos moviendo, dejamos cocinar hasta que obtenga un color caramelo.

On the other hand, we are going to have chopped onion to make them caramelised, in a pot or a frying pan we put a little oil, add the onion, stir a little and add sugar, continue moving, let it cook until it gets a caramel color.

Picamos tomate, picamos y limpiamos la lechuga.

We chop tomato, chop and clean the lettuce.

Una vez listo esto procedemos armar los Pepitos con todos los ingredientes, nos sentamos a degustar y seguir compartiendo en familia ♥️
