Is it going down? #BTC

I've been looking at the Bitcoin chart constantly over the past few days, and after the jump that it had on the 15th of September I really can't spot a trend. I've been using SMA's, MACD, Bollinger Bands and RSI but I still don't know. Seems like we can't go over the 4000$, every time we hit that, we pull back. Now (21.03 GMT - 19/09/2017) it is going down pretty fast. What to do?
