Este seria el final de este Post espero les haya gustado la rutina que es bastante simple pero eficaz, y buena para seguir mejorando la resistencia y aumentar la cantidad de repeticiones teniendo en cuenta también que con el tiempo de realizarla se conseguirá mencionada definición en el termino básico.
