Leche Condensada [ESP/ING]

 He aquí una sencilla y rápida receta que te sacará de apuros y te hará ahorrar mucho dinero. Prepárala con confianza, te aseguro que nadie notara la diferencia; ni aún los mejores catadores, los niños.

Ingredientes:

-½ Taza de agua hirviendo 

-1 ½ Taza de Leche en Polvo 

-1 Taza de azúcar 

-1 ¼ Cucharada de mantequilla (o se parte en 3 una barrita de mantequilla y se toma 1 parte) 

-1 Cucharadita de Vainilla  

Preparación: 

  Se colocan todos los ingredientes en la licuadora, se licúa a potencia media durante 2 minutos. Si necesitas tener una consistencia más viscosa la vacías en un recipiente y colocas en la refrigeradora durante 5 ó 10 minutos. De lo contrario puedes utilizar de inmediato para hacer la receta que deseas. Te puede durar en la nevera aproximadamente 15 días.

-½ cup of boiling water 

-1 ½ Cup of Powdered Milk 

-1 cup of sugar 

-1 ¼ Tablespoon of butter (or part 3 of a butter stick and take 1 part) 

-1 Teaspoon of Vanilla  

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in the blender, blend at medium power for 2 minutes. If you need to have a more viscous consistency, empty it in a container and place it in the refrigerator for 5 or 10 minutes. Otherwise you can use immediately to make the recipe you want. It can last in the refrigerator about 15 days.
