Ingredientes Azúcar y cacahuetes

•Preparar el caramelo:En una cacerola, mezclar el azúcar cocinar a fuego medio, revolviendo constantemente, hasta que el azúcar se disuelva por completo. Luego, dejar hervir sin revolver hasta alcanzar un color dorado suave

••Prepare the caramel: In a saucepan, mix the sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then, let it simmer without stirring until it reaches a light golden color.

• Agregar el maní: Una vez que el caramelo esté listo, retirar del fuego y añadir el maní tostado. Mezclar rápidamente para que el caramelo cubra uniformemente el maní.

Add the peanuts: Once the caramel is ready, remove from heat and add the roasted peanuts. Stir quickly so the caramel evenly coats the peanuts.

• Moldear el turrón: Volcar la mezcla en un molde forrado con papel manteca. Con la ayuda de una espátula o cuchara, extender y presionar para que quede compacto y uniforme.

Molding the nougat: Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula or spoon, spread it out and press it down until it forms a compact, even layer.

• Dejar reposar: Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente durante al menos 1 hora. Una vez frío, cortar el turrón en porciones del tamaño deseado.

Let it set: Let it cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Once cool, cut the nougat into pieces of the desired size.
