e This is a typical breakfast from the Ecuadorian coast...the ENCEBOLLADO...is an "albacore" fish soup, and this fish is like tuna, it also has yucca, raw onion and herbs.

STOPNo te he contado que para mi esposa, el hecho que uno desayune una sopa, asi, "pesada", le parece la cosa mas chocante del mundo. De hecho, ella acostumbra a nunca desayunar, y cuando le digo para comer encebollado, para ella es es para despues de 1pm. Ahi ya no hay!!!!
Pero bueno... la lucha eterna jjajajajaj
