Thank you. It is hard to believe, isn't it? I wanted to include a photo of raw, dark, chopped liver because if it is cubed and dark, you can see how it could look fudgey and melty and delicious to my naïve three year old self, but I couldn't find an open source photo to include.

Well, it happened. I understand your skepticism, but some liver is very dark, and my mother'sfriend cubed it very nicely like chocolate!

Ha ha. I am pretty sure I did spit it out. However, the damage was done. When you expect chocolate and get a mouth full of raw liver, that is not a mistake you make twice! It really should not even be a one time error.
