PING!!! feature should be implemented

Components

Firebase chat app is a simple chat application that enable sending of message directly to any member/user of the application without the need to add or take any permission, there is conversation channel that shows all the people one has been chatting with, and list of users of the application, global room are also available on the application.

Proposal

I will love to propose that the developers of this app to implement the ping feature. This feature is needful in this app being a messenger.

Where the arrow is pointing to might be an icon with maybe letter P once you tap on it the user gets pinged.

Benefits

When you ping someone in Firebase, the other person's device makes a sound (unless it's set to Silent) and the person sees the word PING in red or whichever color. The Ping function is useful for times when you may want to get the attention of a contact or user of the app or may want to let the user know that you want him to get back to you. Once you Ping a contact, he will receive a message with Ping and his device will vibrate. The same will happen if you receive a Ping as well.
