Doodler joins Steemit

My name is Lina. I specialize in shitty doodles and even shittier animation.
@kafkanarchy84 told me about Steemit and I sort of blindly jumped right in, despite having no idea how any of this works.

I spent most of my childhood in Indiana (midwest USA) and have recently moved to California. I feel more healthy and happy than ever and I can see that my drawings are improving everyday. A huge part of that is having access to my meds (anti psych and cannabis).

I'm staying busy working full time at McDonald's (which I hate as a vegetarian), taking a couple classes at the community college, and always starting (rarely finishing) art projects.
I'm proud of having made it to where I am today.

I've loved doodling since I was a small child and it has helped me survived through the most difficult chapters of my life- which I won't delve into much, but here's an animated short about one of the times I was hosptialized. I never really finished it... but whatever, you seem cool enough.. you can look at it any way.

My dreams for the future include becoming an art therapist, learning animation, traveling the world, and spending more time in awe of the fact that I exist.
