Seriously. After Jeff Berwick posted and got his K's several times bragging about how much he made, and getting his minions to come in and join. 

I am fully for downvoting something without affecting payout, just visibility, flagging doesn't work because it is too inconspicuous and removes rewards, my proposal is much cleaner and more fair.

ned and dan and the big players up-voting this garbage isn't helping this site, it makes it worse, now all we have is people signing up to join hoping for that big payout they will never receive because the same "whales" won't up-vote them so they are working for nothing.

In order for this site to be successful it needs parity; stop the cluster**** of useless posts and the steemit and introduceyourself getting bloated. Rewarding someone for excellent writing not your achievements or boobs is where this site needs to go to survive long term, or you can kiss your locked up money good-bye because steem will be dead if this continues.
