TRUST & VULNERABILITY

Trust is a desire to be vulnerable. When I trust, I basically make something important to me vulnerable to someone else's actions.
To create this trust, we need time, a strong moment and some mutual collaboration on the part of everyone. People trust more when they know you better.
Distrust is when I don't think that something I have made you vulnerable is really safe with you.
What is Vulnerability?
By definition It is the state of being exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally. Showing vulnerability doesn’t means weakness.
It is a power weapon. Actors use this to impact and inspire people.
What are the things we make vulnerable? It can be position, reputation, ideas, work or creation, opportunity or feelings. It could be a paycheck.
