Im not IP expert but it looks like we need more servers or to expand the witness requirements, With only 45 kb why not just use email to socialize?

I think this is a big turn off to new users having these limitations, hopefully it goes back to somewhat normal but the bandwidth levels have been traveling in a one way descending direction for over 24 hours, it is clear to me that something needs to be done to improve new and existing users' bandwidth with the influx of new accounts.

Its not usually an issue for me because I only post writing and photos but I can imagine users who frequently upload videos or stream are now having difficulty with their bandwidth spread so thin.
