Valorant Crashes

Valorant unexpectedly crashed 7-10 times during my ranked game. I know that this is a known issue, but I lost 21 rank rating points and got a 30 minute ban levied off my account due to this. The game was very winnable, and I would like to have both my ban erased, and have my Rank Rating points back. I'm really discontent with probably the world's hottest FPS right now having so many frequent server crashes and inability to handle its large player-base. Six people disconnected from the ranked game which tells me, along with the spam on the discord server, that this issue was widespread, causing hundreds, if not thousands of people their precious time, notwithstanding their rank rating and mental sanity. Some sort of compensation is required for this in my opinion, since returning RR lost not of one's own volition is not really "compensating" anything. The time lost on the other hand, is never going to come back
