All roads lead to Rome
The colosseum Rome an iconic building. This is slow down shot taken in the middle of a road leading to the colosseum. I’ve converted the shot to b/w to give it more dramatic feel.
Shot with Minolta 5d, 28mm Lens.

Great shot & Rome is a great city!
It takes an awful lot to overshadow the Colosseum but that amazing construction almost seems like an afterthought compared to how beautiful the texture of the road is and how much I love the receding angled stripes in the center line. What an amazing photo. This is one of the most creative shots of the colosseum I have ever seen - way to take something so famous it is almost cliche and produce a stunning and fresh shot.
