Nymphaeaceae - Water Lillies
These are found outside of a Houston restaurant that serves a very extensive Dim Sum menu. I wasn't aware that the menu was only in Chinese, so I ended up eating a lot of different things that I wouldn't have ordered had I known Chinese.
Sometimes it is better to just go into a situation blind, so as to leave preconceived notions at the door.

lol, the water is so gross you probably could! This was in front of a mall, and they probably had so many plants to help prevent some of the evaporation.
Def added to the feel of the place, though.
Thanks! I really love these pictures shot with a Lumix GF3/14mm pancake lens. The amount of light captured by that rig was incredible, especially for how portable it is.
