What did go wrong with the FIU Bridge?

Goodnight for everyone!!! for all the day this question was roaming in my head, and I realize a few minutes ago that I can ask to the steemit's engineer community about it!

What did u think it go wrong with this project? was the modular transport? or was all the project concept itself?

I'm just curious about it! some details are going out at the media, but not sure if I can trust, think is better to ask a professional point of view
