Monero / Electroneum / cryptonight miners: Hardfork updated miner
Hi,
A while ago I posted a guide on how to make an Electroneum wallet and how to mine, but in the meantime the cryptonight algho got updated because the devs fear ASICs. This will mean that on april the 6th the old miners will not work anymore.
You can download the new version here. After you downloaded this, you current config file won't be recognied. Also delete any text files from the miner folder, since there have been updates for how this files are accessed. So delete "cpu.txt" and "amd.txt" or if you are using nvidia "nvidia.txt". Extract all the files and start the miner. The miner will tell you what to do next.
