Raspberry Kisses

Easy and Yummy recipe, How to make kisses

What you will need:
1 tsp baking powder
raspberry jam
icing sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup cornflour
125g butter, softened
½ cup sugar

Method:
Preheat oven to 200˚C (392F)
Grease or line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, cornflour and baking powder together.
Mix into creamed mixture, stirring well.
Drop small spoonfuls onto the prepared baking trays.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
Place on a wire rack to cool.
When cold sandwich two kisses together with raspberry jam and dust with icing sugar.

Note: add pink food coloring to mix to give it a bit of color
